Sunshine (Poem, 2013)

They are my comforting sunshine.

They keep my depression away.

They push away gray clouds and

Let the sunshine pour my way.

Last night as I happily slept,

I dreamed of my loving four.

Happy tears came and I wept.

I could not love you all more.

You all make me happy,

When depression finds me.

You send away the crappy

Things I feel and see.

You four are my sunshine.

Chasing away the grumpy gray,

Making my mind so fine.

That it can relax and play.

To all of you goes my great love.

Please never leave me alone.

You are my peaceful, spirited doves:

Sandy, Mara, Lily, and Slone.

Some day when permanently sleeping,

And memoires of me come creeping,

Please do not be painfully weeping,

Just know your sunshine I am keeping.
